Q: When will I receive my order?
We usually process and ship orders within 1–2 working days. Once dispatched, delivery takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking updates so you can follow your order every step of the way.


Q: How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can monitor your delivery status in real-time. No need to check anywhere else!


Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
We get it — sometimes plans change. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll gladly help you cancel or modify it. Just reach out to us ASAP at shop@intru.in.


Q: Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we do offer exchanges, but only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please make sure the item is unworn and unwashed, and contact us within 36 hours of delivery at shop@intru.in. We’ll guide you through the process.
