Shipping & Delivery

We’re as intentional about delivery as we are about design. At intru, every order is handled with care to get it to you fast — and in perfect shape.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. As most of our products are limited edition or made-to-order, slight delays can happen during peak times — but we’ll always keep you posted.

Shipping Timeline
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:
– 3–5 business days for metro cities
– 4–7 business days for other locations across India

(We currently only ship within India.)

Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS so you can follow your package’s journey.

Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, damaged, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 48 hours at shop@intru.in, and we’ll help sort it out ASAP.
