Every piece is thoughtfully crafted and packed with care. While we don’t offer returns or exchanges for sizing or personal preference—especially since sizes are subject to availability due to limited stock—we’re always here to help if something isn’t quite right.

Here’s when we accept returns or exchanges:
– You received a wrong, damaged, or defective item.
– You contact us within 36 hours of delivery.
– The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging, with tags intact.

If this happens, just email us at shop@intru.in with your order number and a quick photo — we’ll make it right, promise.
